How to build an outdoor cat run

How to build an outdoor cat run

Whether it’s a quick turn around the garden or a late-night prowl, our feline friends tend to wander off every now and then. If you have a pet cat, then you know that they have a natural urge to explore. But how can we help keep our cats safe when they’re out and about? Is there any way to curb that Marco Polo habit in them?

It doesn’t matter which way you cut it, cats on the loose outside are a danger to other animals and at-risk themselves from traffic and disease. But cats need to get out just like you do. They love to run, climb, and spend time in high places. They love exploring and investigating. The perfect solution is a cat run!

Outdoor Cat Run Enclosure

A cat run allows your pet to enjoy the great outdoors without risk to others or itself. If you ensure there is a sheltered section, they can stay out all day if you need to be out working. They’ll be happy and you can relax knowing that your pet and the environment are safe!

Whatever it is that you as a cat owner are worried about, making an outdoor cat run or enclosure is a great way to worry less about your pets when you’re not there to look after them.

There are many ways to build an outdoor cat run. But if a ‘run’ doesn’t seem possible in your place, you can make an outdoor cat enclosure instead.

Got a big outdoor space? Why not combine both!

Any of those three choices will definitely make your pet cats happy and you worry-free. 🙂
